We are just back in Ireland after the drive home.
We really want to thank you for giving us a fantastic day.
Yourself, Bob, Paco, Sandra & all the wedding team and staff at Rebate were so professional and hands on with everything on the day everyone was saying how great you all were.
We cannot fault a thing! The flowers & decorations were gorgeous. The church was lovely as was Fr. Victor.
The food at Rebate is fabulous everyone was amazed at the amount of food there was.The setting at Rebate was amazing everyone loved it and the staff are just a credit to the restaurant.
We really had a lovely day it was just an easy going and relaxed day which is just what we wanted thanks again for making it happen.

Friday 25th May at 4.00pm was the wedding of Catherine & Kevin from Ireland. They were a fabulous couple, two very special people. And the wedding team were thrilled to have arranged their gorgeous wedding for them.
They had nearly 100 guests attend their wedding in the lovely church of Pilar de Horadada, they married at 4.00pm
Catherine our beautiful bride wore a long white lace dress, and carried in her hair a stunning diamante slide, she looked amazing.
The two bride maids were the brides sisters, and they were dressed in beautiful dark blue long dresses encrusted with beads.
The bride Catherine opted for brightly coloured bouquets for them all. And Rebate florists made stunning hand ties for them
The groom and his men wore dark cream suits with light blue shirts, and they all looked extremely handsome.
The service was magical, the choir sang throughout the ceremony, and our very special priest Victor married the couple.
The happy couple left the church into bright sunshine and were showered with fresh rose petals by all of the guests.
Coaches took the guests to Rebate for the celebration to begin.
Our very happy cheerful Mariachi band, played for the guests during the canapés which was taken on the top terrace.
And then everyone moved into the dining room to begin the wedding meal.
The party started on the terrace after the meal, and guests and the bridal party partied all night until carriages came to collect them at 2.00am.
Every year we always have those very special brides, and Catherine O¨meare has been one of them. She was so easy for the wedding team to work with, always happy and cheerful, and so appreciative of all the work that the wedding team put into each of our weddings.
Kevin & Catherine, you have been a delight to work with, we all hope we made your day very special on May 25th, thank you for choosing us to arrange your wedding, we all thoroughly enjoyed ever minute of working with you and your special day.
Our love to you both, and the wedding team at Rebate wish you both love and happiness in the future, be sure to come back and see us all.

Katerine and Terje
It was all fun and games at Rebate on 28th April 2012 as the paparazzi came to town!! Ok Magazine Norway were outside our quaint church to capture photos of the famous Norwegian comedian Terje Sporsem, who married his beautiful wife KatrineHelge Petersen the Norwegian priest form the seaman church came across to Rebate and legally married our couple.It truly was a star spangled production, with over 90 guests who attended the very glamorous couple wedding. Plenty of stunning outfits and quite a few famous people, from film, television and stage.The guests partied hard the week leading up to the wedding, they even had a party the night before the big day at San Pedro, and all the guests dressed up in traditional Spanish costume, but all the guests managed to get to the wedding, but we believe there were quite a few with thick heads!!!Terje turned up early at Rebate, and for a gentleman used to the stage and public appearances, he was extremely nervous.The bridesmaids were all dressed in soft cream and looked amazing, and when the Katrine the bride arrived she stepped out of the wedding car and took all of our breath away, she was a vision of beauty.However she was also very nervous, she was offered a glass of cava, which calmed her.The church was decorated with beautiful white calla lilies in tall elegant vases.The service was moving and very special, and they had a Norwegian celebrity singer, who voice was amazing.The Mariachi band in their traditional costume played during the canapés and cava which got the party off to a good start.The guests made their way up to the top dining room, and enjoyed a stunning wedding menu.They partied long and hard into the early hours, when carriages collected them all.Thank you Terje & Katrine for bringing the glitz and glamour to Rebate . We were all tickled pink! to think our little cute Rebate church and restaurant would be in Ok Magazine, and we are looking forward to seeing the edition that your wedding will appear in.Thanks for being such a special couple, we have loved arranging your wedding and working with you both.We wish you both, love and happiness in the future, and please come and see us all again.Much love from the wedding team at Rebate.Dawne, Sandra, Andrew, Carol, Bob, Paco, Pepi, Carlos, Andres, Eric, Nicole and all of the rest of the team.(all images Copyright Andrew J. Siobhan and Paul
11th April 2012 was a very special day for Siobhan & Paul from Wales, not only did they have their wedding service in our little chapel, they also had their two boys Tomas and Rhys christened.
The couple had their wedding ceremony first, which was very moving and special, they signed the register and left the church.
The guests showered the couple with fresh rose petal confetti, and then they all went back into the church for the christened service.
The church was filled with scented candles and the pedestals were filled with brightly coloured pink blooms.
It was a very happy but moving 1 ½ hours.
The sun shone, which was a blessing as the day before was very overcast. The wedding party enjoyed canapés and drinks under the trees outside of the church
Siobhan wore an extremely stylist ¾ length cream dress and a 50´s style short veil, her hair was coiffured into French pleat, she looked beautiful.
Her sister was the only maid and she wore a lilac/ pink dress, with a diamantes hair slide.
The handsome groom and best man wore a light brown suit, with pink and lilac stripped ties.
The dining room looked stunning with fabulous floral table centres set on high silver candles, the cake looked amazing in ivory dressed with pink and green hearts, which matched all of the hand made table stationary
The chairs were dressed with green and pink swags which looked amazing
It was a very special day for the guests, and the wedding team enjoyed the day also. Siobhan and Paul have been so delightful to work with.
All of the wedding team at Rebate would like to wish Siobhan and Paul a very happy future, and much love to those two very delightful, well behaved boys. Tomas & Rhys.

Christie and Mark
Tuesday 27th March 2012, was our first wedding of the year.
Our beautiful couple, Christie & Mark, headed into our quaint white church at 2.00pm to have their wedding service.
They looked amazing, Christie wore a wedding gown in white lace, with a short veil, goodness she was the image of a goddess.
Our extremely handsome groom Mark, wore his Army uniform, and all girls love men in uniforms!!
They looked stunning. As you can see by the photos .
There were two bridesmaids who wore long black dresses, their hair was tied in a chignon dressed with a cerise flowers. They looked glamorous
The sun was high in the sky and there was not one cloud.
The service was very moving which was conducted by our minister Reverend Martens.
The guests left the chapel, and the bridal couple were showered in confetti. Canapés were taken under the trees outside of the church, along with chilled cava.
The dining was dressed in bold colours swags for the chairs , and the tables had towering vases filled with orange, cerise and red gerberas.
The wedding cake was dressed with fresh gerberas tumbling down the front.
The wedding party discoed until late evening, and then carriages collected all of the guests and took them back to the Hotel La Zenia.
Christie and Mark, we wish you lots of love and happiness, and we hope so much that you enjoyed your wedding day here at Rebate

Corraine and Kevin
It has been a busy week at Rebate this week, we have had two weddings, Corraine and Kevin Lamb on 25th October and Emily Butler and Chris Jordan on 28th October.
But our first was Corraine and Kevin.
It had rained on 24th October 2011 and the forecast for 25th October was also rain, and the wedding team were so nervous that the weather would dictate the days play.
However the sun shone from early morning to late evening for the very special day of Kevin and Corraine Lamb, who celebrated in style their Sliver wedding anniversary. Where they renewed their wedding vows, the same time and day as 25 years earlier in our cute little white chapel.
They had over 75 guests come to Rebate and celebrate with them.
Gosh it was a beautiful day, and there was not a dry eye in the church, where are minister, performed a very moving ceremony.
Both sets of parents of Kevin and Corraine also attended, along with their own grandchildren. It was a very very special day.
Corraine looked glamorous and extremely beautiful in a soft flowing cream long cream dress. Her bridesmaids, one of which was her daughter,wore water melon coloured dresses, again in soft tulle and they were flowing gowns.
When the church bell tolled the guests left the church, and the sun was high in the sky, the canapés and drinks were served under the trees.
The dining room was dressed in white napery, and each chair had large tulle side swags , and the tables were adorned with flowers, in apricots and water melon shades. The look was extremely elegant.
The couple opted for a tower of cupcakes, each had a K or C on the top.
Corraine and Kevin, you have been a very special couple and we are so very pleased that you were all thrilled with your day here in Rebate.
Please come again and visit us and your lovely family.

Sorry we didn’t get to see you before we left. Thank you for an amazing day, it was fantastic. It is the talk of Newcastle at the moment. All the guests couldn’t believe how spectacular everything was. The Venue, the Church, the Food and of course the service you provided. It was a day that will never be forgot and we have you to thank for that. Once again Dawn thank you so much for the most special day ever.
