David and Barbara Flechter: 1st of May 2011 

Our lovely couple Barbara and Dave Fletcher, renewed their vows to the very day and time of their wedding 40 years ago.

Our lovely bride Barbara wore a ruby coloured dress and matching scarf, and accessorized with silver handbag and shoes.

Dave wore a grey suit.

The weather was kind to them, as we have had a few showers during the day.

They enjoyed canapés under trees next to the church.

Later in the evening their wedding party, dined in the smaller our our two dining rooms.

And the fabulous Jackie White entertained the happy couple and their guests throughout the evening with her fabulous voice and party games.

Congratulations Barbara and Dave.

Look out next week for our New Zealand bride Suzanne and her handsome groom Dublin born Conor.

We will be having guests from all around the world attend their wedding at Rebate on 7^th May 2011

This week we had the lovely bride and groom Jannicke and Philip.Their beautiful wedding was on 17^th April 2011. The bride wore a gorgeous silver dress, and the groom was in a steel grey suit. The sun shone, and it was a wonderful day. Jannicke chose cream roses with pearls set into her bouquet. The tables in the large function room were set with white napery, and silver stands which were adorned by cream roses. Jannicke and Philip were serenaded as they left the chapel by the La Tuna singing group, who played guitar, mandolin and tambourine who sang beautiful Spanish love songs.

We had the time of our life on the 17 th at Rebate .Phil cant stop talking about it ,and neither can I .

All our guests told us that they had never been to such a wonderful wedding in their life .

We loved every hour of it ,and every penny was well worth it.

Our last guests left today ,so we are back to normal again 😉 Such a wonderful team of personell and of course the queen of it all is you !!!!

Aww thanks! I am so relaxed because your so great!! I have absolute & utter confidence in everything you are doing, so i feel very happy & relaxed! Its just been a delight 🙂  My parents are very much looking forward to meeting you! The chunky vases sound great, i think 10 should be enough! I learnt how to make those paper pom poms of Martha Stewart.com, had a test run last weekend, and it looks awesome! can’t wait to see them up around the place – so bright! Andrew emailed me back, Sheri is doing our photos on the day – which is perfectly fine, i love the pictures you have up on the site which are taken by Sheri.  Andrew seems lovely, we are arranging a call in the next week.

I want to say a massive thank you for such a wonderful day. Everything was perfect and so many people have thanked us for such a great time.

Hayley and Bill (United Kingdom):

We had the best day ever on our wedding day. Everything was perfect, everything from the church to the flowers to the weather to the venue to the food EVERYTHING was perfect. We cannot thank you, Bob, Veronica, Andrew, Geraldine and the other hairdressers (who by the way were just great – in the end they did 9 hairstyles, one make up and three manicure and pedicures, Geraldine provided us with bucks fizz and let us have the salon to ourselves for the whole morning with everyone pampering us), Claudia and Andreas and his staff. We couldnt have asked for anything more of any of your services. I cannot recommend you all enough to everyone. Oh and of course Mandie and Trish who did such a good job of the stationery it was beautiful, we have kept lots of it including the table plan as keepsakes. And the cake Margaret was better than my expectations (which were high). It looked amazing and tasted amazing. I have kept the fruit cake (Bobbie brought it home in her hand luggage!!!

Dawne in particularly I must thank you for the beautiful flowers which were just perfect, from the bouquets to the table centre pieces to the hair slides. The tables looked amazing thank you for so much for everything. You have been the best in keeping me up to date and excited!! It wouldnt have come close to being as good without you.

Also, lots of people told me that it was the best wedding that they had been to due to the setting and service.

You and Bob are a lovely couple. I hope Billy is in love with me after years of marriage like Bob with you – he said to me on the way home that he is happy to be wherever you are.. how lovely.

We will see you again I will email you to let you know when we will next be visiting Spain for a coffee or meal at Rebate!

Wedding on the 24th of July 2010, Philippa and Frank:

“Following a rather stressful journey to Spain due to cancelled flights, we arrived at Rebate and fell safely into the hands of Dawne, Bob, Andreas, Eddie and the rest of the team. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.  Dawne & Bob were superb in co-ordinating the entire day and Dawne’s flowers were just beautiful.  Rev Eddie Martens led a moving service in the picturesque little church that really set the mood for the day. Following some rather tasty canapes and champagne outside, we moved into the newly built reception room for what can only be described as a truly sumptious feast.  Andreas and his staff provided some wonderful food and the service was excellent.  We just wish we could have finished it all!!  All our guests at the wedding are still commenting about the food several weeks after the event so it was a great success.  The evening was then led by Jackie White singing lots of classics for us.  She really made the evening go with a swing including some interesting moments which I am sure she won’t forget either ( she will know what we mean!!!! ).Overall the whole team at Rebate made the day go so perfectly without any stress and we both thank them for making it such a memorable day for us.  We would highly recommend weddings at Rebate. “

What a wonderful, special day.
It all went off so perfectly, and everyone at Rebate was so helpful and professional.
The meal was so good – it was the right decision to go for the fixed meal.
Thank you again for my corsage, and for all your hard work.
Julie & Nick were delighted with everything, and how it went together like clockwork.
They loved the dining room and the way it was laid out and it exceeded all their expectations.
